Throughout history, artists have played a major role in spreading ideas and furthering movements.
Since the earliest days of Bitcoin, there have been artists inspired by Bitcoin and what it represents. The artwork and mediums in Bitcoin are as varied as Bitcoiners themselves, but I believe that all Bitcoin artists share a common passion to help spread the Bitcoin message and make the world a better place.
“Bitcoin Art” means different things to different people, and that’s part of the beauty of this decentralized movement.
Cryptograffiti is an activist artist who often incorporates bank notes and other upcycled materials like old credit cards. This interview dives into a fantastic public work of his called “Bitcoin vs the Fed.”

@BVBTCJason Don (aka Brekkie von Bitcoin) is a Bitcoin artist and advocate based in Los Angeles, and he currently serves as Creative Director for Swan Bitcoin. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania as well as the American Film Institute’s MFA Producing Program. His real education, however, began when he fell down the Bitcoin Rabbit Hole and developed his passion for bringing Sound Money to the world.
